[eepro100] Command unit failed to mark command 00000000 as complete

I've got a machine newly-upgraded with an Intel CA810EAL motherboard, with
RedHat 6.2, kernel 2.2.17-14. It was giving the "card reports no resources"
error, and eventually locking up -- even the consoles wouldn't respond, the
machine had to be power cycled. So, following some advice I found via web
search and by reading the archives of this list, I changed some BIOS settings
(no PnP OS, no legacy USB) and upgraded to eepro100 v1.13 driver (compiled
from netdriver-2.1-3.src.rpm).

Now about every 2 minutes, sometimes more often, I get this error:

Apr 8 10:46:24 aztec kernel: eth0: Command unit failed to mark command 00000000 as complete at 1639.

It's always "command 00000000".

Eventually I also get:

Apr 8 10:55:36 aztec kernel: eth0: Transmit timed out: status 0050 0000 at 2001/2003 commands 00000000 400ca000 000ca000.

This happens after 5-10 repeats of the "failed to mark" message, sometimes
more quicky.

Insights or instructions on how I can provide you more information would
be appreciated. I've subscribed to the mailing list.
