[eepro100] suspend problem with eepro100, intel 82557

Hi Alain,

looks like the transceiver type of your card is not detected properly (or is not
recognized at all); can you please post the output of
  eepro100-diag -D -f -aa
(debug output) - hopefully one of the eepro100 developers can then tell if/when
this card will be supported.

This is definitely out of my league...
