how about the Dual Port card?

The card contains 3 chips. I have one here. Two 82558B chips (one per
channel) and one 21152-AB, which I suspect is an Ethernet Bridge (the
part number comes from the line of chips Intel bought from DEC).

I've tried the card in a RedHat 6.1 system and it works just fine.
