You are correct; there are neither transmit nor receive interrupts.
This points to a problem outside the eepro driver, I guess: the two
on-board ports, as well as a 64bit PCI slot where I have a similarly
nonworking Intel Gigabit card (e1000 driver), sit on the secondary
PCI bus (bus 3) of the ServerWorks LE chipset the box has. The working
eepro100 card sits on the 32bit slot served by bus 0.

Cc: Martin Mares - can you see something from the appended boot logs?
eth0 is the working card, eth1 and eth2 are the on-board interfaces
giving trouble.
