eepro100 failure at boot: no resources

  rpmfind.net uses an eepro100 as it's primary ethernet card. It's an old
model provided by HP and since we got around 50 of them we do use them :-)

I was seeing the eth0: card reports no resources. message with 1.20.2.3
(2.2.15pre20) so I upgraded to 1.20.2.5 but this doesn't prevent the message.
Note taht the message doesn't seems to harm the Ethernet driver much
The EEpro100 is connected to a BayStack 350THD switch an I guess it 
autonegociate 100MB full duplex (I'm sure fo the 100MB part :-)

  3 messages in approximately one hour so far. Not a big deal it seems.
