Transmit Timeouts

Hi,

I'm running SuSE 6.2 on a Asus P2B-LS System (Intel 82557 Rev.1). SuSE
now distributes eepro100 Rev. 1.8. With this revision I get transmit
timeouts (trying to restart transmitter...) no matter if I integrate
eepro100 into the kernel or as module. Setting some parameters so that
autonegotiation is disabled seems to bring down the failure rate
somewhat. I recently downgraded to 1.06 and everything seems to be all
right now...
