[eepro100-bug] eepro100 driver and docs don't match

here is the version string from my linux tree...

now i notice the other version number 1.09 which would make sense wrt the 
doc i listed above.  What is the origin of the 2 version strings, did 
Savochkin fork the current kernel driver from your 1.09 source?
