Immersion cooling just gets the heat off the cpu's more efficiently.  You
can hook it up to any heat-rejection system you want (salt water would be
fine with the correct heat exchanger and components).

you "could" fill the whole facility with PAO and circulate it around?  I
don't know... it doesn't make sense at all.
