yuck to the NAT suggestion.  we use (and I strongly prefer) to 
simply create TCP tunnels for flexlm.  we have a dual-homed box 
that currently uses bog-standard xinetd to create a "redirect" 
service to the external LM host.  this also keeps us aware of 
what licenses are in use.
