[Beowulf] Negative latency systems

Joe, interesting proposal but not gonna work. Obviously this lucrative
technology would be of high interest for HFT but it's known that most of
the requests in HFT are quickly cancelled which mean on negative latency
systems the requests will be cancelled before they are issued. Perhaps a
suitably configured exchange can take the whole of HFT into a new dimension.
