Yes !!!

And what if your data is legal in one jurisdiction traverses a region 
where that data is illegal?  Think privacy/health/etc.

and others.  You have to be worried about where your data is stored, 
what you are computing with it.  No single provider can provide you with 
everything.  You *need* multiple providers.  And getting a common API 
would be wonderful.
