[Beowulf] RFC: Restrict posting to subscribers only ?

this is not a good idea - your list can become a spam mirror and 
replying to spammers is bad in lots of ways. Get a good spam filter, 
MailScanner + SpamAssassin + selected blacklists + selected 
sendmail/postfix plugins.
