We achieved ~87% on HPL across 3072 cores (256 nodes) with QDR IB and 2GB/core. If I remember correctly, we got about 91% on a single node (across 12 cores). We didn't run single-socket tests. This is on an IBM iDataPlex with 2.8GHz X5660 Westmeres.
