[Beowulf] recommendation on crash cart for a cluster room: full cluster KVM is not an option I suppose?

True. I was just testing it locally before I tested remote.

I am on Dell. R410 and SC1435's

I agree. No arguments with that. Open tends to be cheaper too, nothing
sucks so much as being tied to a particular vendors software or
implementation.
