Kishan,
 it is not clear what you are trying to achieve.
Do you have:

a) two ethernet cards, two cables, these cables attached to either one
ethernet switch or two ethernet switches
    one IP address for this server - ie. you would like the second
ethernet card to come up if the primary link fails
    Bonding can do this.


b) two IP Addresses for this server
