[Beowulf] What is the right lubricant for computer rack sliding rails?

Our rack kit actually came with shoehorns for the cage nuts. The problem
is that the shoehorns are just hunks of metal, and are as sharp as the
cage nuts. Screwdrivers are indeed much safer.
