SunFire X2100 (M2) used to have discrete IPMI boards, but are now
integrated on the motherboard. A couple HP Proliant DL165 G5 had discrete
management boards.

SunFire X2100 M2 does this (the Broadcom NIC pair), and with the latest 
BIOS pretty well.
