[Beowulf] IB + 10G eth integrated switches?

Most of the IB switch vendors have gateway solution to connect
InfiniBand based clusters to 10GigE networks, and the gateway change L2
of IB to L2 of Eth. Those gateways have been installed in many places
and work great.
