This isn't new in the sense that you've been able to buy similar
gizmos for Opteron for years, either plugging into a socket or on an
HTX board. But, if the Inquirer article is correct, it sounds like a
pretty good implementation, with a small interface core that can run
at nearly full speed on the FSB.
