Good morning sports fans, I'm curious what people are paying for support as a percentage of the purchase price. If you can share this information with me along with what support means (e.g. 4-hour response, on-site, etc) I would appreciate it. I will keep all information confidential of course :) Also, I don't need to know the vendor - just the percentage and what support means. Thanks! Jeff
