Hello, we would like to have a simple tool which tests that all the nodes are properly connected in the cluster. Something akin to Microway's MPI link checker but free and not necessarily MPI based. Fancy graphics is optional too. A report pointing to a suspicious node based on average latency and bandwidth between all the nodes would probably be sufficient to begin with. Although this is straightforward to code I'm wondering if there is already something available. Any comments on Microway's MPI link checker are also welcome! Many thanks in advance I.
