And you can get a nice tool (written and used by myself ;-)) to manage, 
analyze and visualize all the data gathered here: http://perfbase.tigris.org

Another, in many aspects more complex/powerful MPI benchmark is SKaMPI 
http://liinwww.ira.uka.de/~skampi/. It also includes a report generator.
