I happen to know everything from competition actually.

As i'm joining computer chess championships with my chessprogram,
which by the way ended at the 3d place last world champs.

Working to get 0.5% faster, meanwhile adding more chessknowledge and
improving search algorithms is not bad for 6 months of work...
