[Beowulf] block runing jobs individually on each node

I don't know precise answer but if you look in
/etc/security/access.conf (or elsewhere on your distro - it is a part of
PAM)

you can limit access to the nodes without TTY allocated, which is seems
to be the case for non-login shells of PBS run jobs, or I'm mistaken?
