Worst case, if you require the windows side for a client connection, you
could use one of the X based tools with an X server, such as the
cygwin/x (http://www.cygwin.com).  You should be able to run the X-based
tools from the Linux/Unix boxen displayed there.  If you want to debug
MPICH parallel jobs which are running on a windows platform, you might
need to look at DDT
