Does anyone have a clue on what the problem is? My guess would have to be that PBS is trying to copy those jobs back via rcp or scp and that side of things hasn't been set up correctly.. Certainly with our Torque builds I always use: ./configure --with-scp to make sure it doesn't try and use rcp (even though rcp is just a symlink to scp on our boxes). Well worth checking you can ssh/scp (or rsh/rcp) back to the server from that compute node. cheers, Chris - -- Christopher Samuel - (03)9925 4751 - VPAC Systems & Network Admin Victorian Partnership for Advanced Computing http://www.vpac.org/ Bldg 91, 110 Victoria Street, Carlton South, VIC 3053, Australia -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.4 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFA0TGRO2KABBYQAh8RAuoiAKCRMBC6U9Pro0wZ3WrdQYl7ACeGCQCeNsdl CZ7V3xcP4sKLJoHpejopaEE= =YGTk -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
