Say,
Does anyone know if the term "Beowulf" is really legally defined? Some
of the Scyld docs says "Beowulf is a service mark of Linux Interational", but
when I searched the USPTO database the only listing I ever found was for
"Scyld Beowulf", and it's held by (obviously) Scyld.
