Good 100 Mbps switches

Just get a second switch instead of 5 modules. It's cheaper and has the added benefit that you can put both power supplies (and of course the modules) into one case to have redundant power. This gives you an 80-port switch for ~3000$. We also have two Procurve 4000M and had pretty good results as well.
