Scyld: BIGMEM: More than 1GB support

Recompile the kernel that comes with Scyld.  Download the tarbal for
bproc, then go ahead and recompile the kernel.  Install bproc from the
tarbal (There are bproc rpms, but I haven't gotten them to work).

Then, rebuild the Phase 2 image.  There is a menu option for that in
beosetup, but I'm at home right now and can't look up the exact name.

I don't think you have to rebuild the boot disks.


All the nodes on our cluster have a Gig of RAM, and this method worked for
me.
