CSPI (http://www.cspi.com) is one of them. They run G4s, with Myrinet and MPI, for real time applications. Well MPI is not well suited for real time. However, MPI-RT (www.mpirt.org) may be a solution. MPI SoftTech (www.mpi-softtech.com) made some work recently on MPI-RT but I don't know if they have any implementation for Myrinet available.
