Nice article in the Seattle Times regarding a cluster at Celera (a bioinformatics company), Compaq, and Sandia : http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/businesstechnology/134311939_genecrunc hers29.html Anyone on this list work there or work with the project? The article summarized clusters built using 200 AlphaServers, and also mentions IBM's use of about 1200 nodes for similar projects.
