Better such as 'reducing functionality and slowing outlay to ensure
that we dont speedup moore's law and exploit full profit potentials
of each step increase in Mhz'?

Im sure they'd love Moore's law to slow down... good thing we still
have AMD around to keep Intel on its toes...
