If I install Gaussian 98 to use Linda on our Beowulf, do I need to get the source code version of Gaussian 98, or would the binary version be sufficient. If the cluster is all Athlons, would I see significant (noticable) improvement from getting the source code over the binary? Can the binary come already optimized for a Pentium Pro? David
