If you've seen one, do the blowers draw air through the bottom of the
case? or are they simply low profile blowers and they draw air channeled from
the front...

stacked in a 41u rack I could see the peak draw being order of 12Kw maybe
less, which would mean you's have to dump something 4tons of ac capacity
into a space that's at most only 70 cubic feet...
