client mounting

hi there,

 i was trying to create a beowulf cluster. After
booting the client using floppy disket , i partitioned
the client hard disk using the command  beofdisk -d &
beofdisk -w.

 the partition table is created /modified & then  i
tried to install the boot record. After all these , i
tried to boot the client from the hard disk but it was
not worked for me.

  Again i booted the client from floppy . i 've made
all the req. changes in the /etc/beowulf/fstab file
like , specifying RAMDISK ,hda1
 etc  & the mount points as specified.

 But , when the clients are booted using floppy again
, it showed the error as mmap failed. the client
couldn't mount to the server.

 What else can be done? Help me as early as
possible...
