For now, with Athlon at 1.33Ghz/DDR, SPECint is a wash and 
P4 is 25-49% faster than Athlon on SPECfp depending on Athlon
memory system. It all comes down to testing your own app on each 
system to see which one makes sense for your code's behavior 
along with your compiler.
