problems compiling SCALAPACK

I forgot to say more.
If you delete the files --   SBLAT2.SUMM, DBLAT2.SUMM, CBLAT2.SUMM, ZBLAT2.SUMM  before compilation again(in the second), 
you can have no error below during compilation.
