[Beowulf] Infiniband range extenders

My Google-fu is failing me today.
If I wanted to run an Infiniband link over a distance of 200 or 300
metres, what would the
options be?

There is LX fibre in place, and the connection would be between a switch
and a card in
a remote machine.
