[Beowulf] user stats on clusters

SGE has the Accounting and Reporting Console module (aka ARCo). It
basically logs the job and host data from the qmaster+scheduler into
an SQL database (MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL).

The pie charts are nice:

And, you can write your own SQL queries to get the data you want.
