I've been doing that since the day I joined the Forum. I'm not a real big re-inventor of the wheel, more of a standards based guy. I'm more then happy to try something new and if it works better then they way I've been doing it, into the toolset it goes. If not its on to the next item on the list. More then likely I'll take the chart Tom Pierce posted and turn it into the verbiage my organization likes to use. Personally I think it is pretty damn good the way it is and a rather unique way at looking at a position. All it was missing was make the new pot of coffee and make fun of users behind their backs. :) Steven A.
