If you use a lot of commercial software, CentOS can be great as commercial software tends to like RHEL more than Fedora. If you're using in-house code and don't always need the latest and greatest libraries, it's also a fine choice. And if you're low on admin time and/or have an odd infrastructure that makes cluster OS upgrades tough, then CentOS' long support lifetime is quite nice to have.
