[Beowulf] mpich2 complain about nodes that i dont use

I have found the reason of the error, just for future reference, its because 
the input files i used have different formats ( 16 digits after "."), and my 
cluster probably doesnt support that, after i changed them to 8 digits after 
the ".", the problem was solved.
