I have a cluster running with Fedra Core2 + Opteron, and I recently installed MPICH-1.2.6 + PathScale2.0. I'm having a problem of output from MPI job. If I redirect standard output into a file like mpirun -np 8 a.out > log I won't be able to see the output data until the amount of output data reaches 4096 bytes. I want to check my result in real time, but I have to wait due to the buffering. The same problem happens when I save the output into files. I ran my code only using fileserver remove NFS effect, but it still happened. Does anyone have any idea? Ken -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
