I suppose a C-vs-C++ discussion wouldn't be complete without reference to the hoax interview with Bjarne Stroustrup, copies of which are all over the Web, including (thank you, Google) here: http://www.edu-cyberpg.com/Technology/c++.html It may have been a hoax, but beyond the essential lie that it was an interview with Stroustrup, there's a lot of inconvenient truth therein. IMHO, C++ is a complex and powerful language that takes some effort to learn to apply well.
