Jon, We install our machines in pretty much this fashion. I wrote a script that yanks out the mac address and builds a dhcp entry that I append to the dhcpd.conf file. Its not the most elegant solution but it works. Also, I think NPACI/ROCKS includes some utilities to stream-line this process. --Shane Canon
