Dear Colleagues: As you know in 1998, an online Computing Research Repository (CoRR) has been established through a partnership of ACM, the Los Alamos e-Print archive, and NCSTRL (Networked Computer Science Technical Reference Library). The CoRR is available to all members of the community at no charge.
